Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has on numerous occasions released hit after hit songs and it has been his anthem since he rose to fame from his infamous comeback in 2013.
The ‘Ayoo’ hitmaker has revealed to the surprise of many that unlike some of his colleagues who spend time in minutes, hours and days to write their lyrics for a song, his case is different.
According to the multiple award winning artiste, the lyrics in his songs comes to him naturally and there’s never a time he took a pen and a paper to write his songs.
This may surprise many readers but per Shatta Wale’s revelation, it is no surprise he sometimes release songs twice every week.
It is on record that since 2013, the dancehall giant has been releasing over 100 songs each year.
According to Wale, it comes naturally and he believes it is so because he is in a ministry where he has been called.
“I can’t explain how I write my songs but I believe it’s a calling from God; that’s why I have a mini studio in my bedroom,” he revealed this during a recent interview with Karishma DeQueen on Liberian radio station Capital FM.
